REFUND POLICY

No Refunds for Change of Mind All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including if you've changed your mind about a product, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.charmd3d@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assess each case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Parcels Charm'd keychains & 3D prints is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered by Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched and tracking shows delivery, the parcel is your responsibility. We recommend:

  • Providing a safe delivery location
  • Using parcel lockers where available
  • Adding delivery instructions at checkout

If you believe your parcel is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery), please contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will assist with lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.
