SHIPPING RATES
AUSTRALIA (Domestic Shipping):
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 (orders under $80)
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $100+
- Express Shipping: $15.00
NEW ZEALAND (International Shipping):
- Standard International: $20.00
Processing & Delivery: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We use Parcel Post (2-6 business days) and Express Post (1-3 business days) services depending on the shipping option you select at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Parcel Post): 2-6 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping (Express Post): 1-3 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info.charmd3d@gmail.com within 14 days of your order date. We will assist with lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.
Once Australia Post confirms delivery, Charm'd keychains & 3D prints is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
